He started attending Harvard College in 2011 where he studies mathematics. An interview O'Dorney did on Fox News Channel with Kiran Chetry after he won the Scripps Spelling Bee became a viral video. During the interview, he corrected Chetry's pronunciation of his name. When Chetry attempted to ask O'Dorney to spell the word Scombridae after he said his favorite food was tuna sandwich, O'Dorney spelled the word incorrectly before arguing with Chetry, claiming she misled him. ==References==
